Ms. Riddick oversees the Internship program for CBP Scholars and work with business executives, community leaders, and alumni to increase awareness of Hanover's new business program.  She came to us with over 17 years of diverse experience in business development & marketing not-for-profit fund raising, real estate and banking, and healthcare technology. Prior to her new position with Hanover, Ms. Riddick had her own business in the Louisville market as a Mortgage Broker and Realtor providing residential and commercial services.
